About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard high performing real estate agents and support staff
- Establish rigorous screening standards to ensure only highly motivated, capable candidates join the team
- Design and execute structured evaluation processes during probation and throughout the employee lifecycle
- Monitor agent activity and output, ensuring team metrics align with company revenue and growth goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify top performers and provide actionable feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment and performance management
- Experience recruiting within the Qatar Real Estate market is highly preferred
- Exceptional interview techniques and sharp talent assessment skills
- Data driven performance tracking ability
- Highly organized, target driven, and capable of identifying A player talent

Key Responsibilities
- End to End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard high performing real estate agents and support staff to hit company growth targets.
- Quality Control: Establish rigorous screening standards to ensure only highly motivated, capable candidates join the team.
- Performance Evaluation: Design and execute structured evaluation processes during probation and throughout the employee lifecycle.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor agent activity and output, ensuring team metrics align with Camelia Homes’ revenue and growth goals.
- Retention & Feedback: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify top performers and provide actionable feedback to bridge performance gaps.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment and performance management (Experience recruiting within the Qatar Real Estate market is highly preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional interview techniques, sharp talent assessment skills, and data driven performance tracking.
- Attributes: Highly organized, target driven, and capable of identifying 'A player' talent.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only.
