About the Role
Step In Property is seeking a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent in Qatar to guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties. The role involves lead generation, property viewings, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.

- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on preferences and budget
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and location
- Generate leads through marketing, networking, calls, and referrals
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms between clients and property owners
- Maintain and update a database of available units, listings, and leads
- Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and pricing guidance
- Prepare, review, and process necessary documents and agreements
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of the local property market
- Must have a driving license and a car
- Fluency in English

Job Description
- A Step In Property is responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but not required).

- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
- Organized, proactive, and target driven.
- Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- Must have Driving License and a Car.
Compensation & Benefits
