- Conduct background checks and verify application information
- Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable
- Support move in and move out processes with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy goals
Requirements
- Own personal vehicle
- Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM or property management software
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours

Position Overview
