Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent implementation of Resourcing initiatives, programs and tools
- Maintain and develop resourcing and candidate tracking systems
- Execute research on recruitment methods, channels and selection tools
- Explore and contribute recruitment needs, role requirements and sourcing plan with Business Managers
- Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed to remove bias and prevent discrimination
- Oversee effective workforce planning identifying and developing pipeline
- Advice and coach plans and oversee execution of Employer Branding and promote DHL brand
- Support implementation of guidelines and oversee Graduate/College Recruitment and Internship programs
- Contribute to design frameworks and lead implementation of On boarding processes and Induction programs
- Resolve issues related to Resourcing, integration of key processes and data analytics
- Act as strategic lead for workforce nationalization initiatives
- Serve as primary custodian of nationalization policies, requirements, and compliance obligations

Overview
- DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for a Talent Acquisition and Nationalization Expert in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent implementation of Resourcing initiatives, programs and tools including elements such as assessment and selection frameworks, integration with other processes and budgets
- Ensure maintenance and development of resourcing and candidate tracking systems
- Execute research on recruitment methods, channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Agencies, Universities) and selection tool.
- Explore and contribute recruitment needs, role requirements and sourcing plan with Business Managers and oversee execution of the same
- Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed to remove bias and prevent discrimination
- Oversee effective workforce planning identifying and developing pipeline to meet current and future resourcing and business needs
- Advice and coach plans and oversee execution of achievement of desired Employer Branding and promote DHL brand
- Support implementation of guidelines and oversee implementation of Graduate /College Recruitment and Internship programs
- Contribute to design frameworks and lead implementation of On boarding processes and Induction programs
- Resolve issues related to Resourcing, integration of key processes and data analytics
- Act as the strategic lead for workforce nationalization initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and applicable local labor regulations.
- Serve as the primary custodian of nationalization policies, requirements, and compliance obligations, maintaining up to date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on workforce planning.
