About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform alterations, repairs, and tailoring of associates' uniforms and hotel linen items
- Measure, fit, and alter garments according to requirements
- Repair torn, damaged, or worn uniforms and textile items in a timely manner
- Operate sewing machines, pressing equipment, and tailoring tools safely and effectively
- Conduct routine inspections of uniforms to ensure quality and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain inventory of tailoring supplies and report replenishment needs
- Follow all health, safety, and hotel policies and procedures
- Support the housekeeping and laundry teams as required
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tailor, Seamstress, or Alteration Specialist, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fabric types
- Ability to operate industrial sewing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards

Key Responsibilities
