Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Promover la conciencia de la imagen de la marca tanto interna como externamente.
- Utilizar técnicas de venta que maximicen los ingresos mientras se mantiene la lealtad actual de los huéspedes a Marriott.
- Comunicarse con los dueños potenciales por teléfono para organizar ventas de paquetes y recorridos preliminares.
- Alentar a los huéspedes o a las personas que llaman a comprar, o programar ventas de paquetes y recorridos preliminares.
- Explicar los detalles y requisitos relacionados con asistir a una presentación de ventas a potenciales dueños.
- Verificar que las personas cumplan con los requisitos de idoneidad para programar ventas de paquetes y recorridos preliminares.
- Determinar y otorgar obsequios a los huéspedes como agradecimiento.
- Realizar tareas generales de oficina a fin de apoyar Ventas y Mercadeo.
- Recibir, registrar y transmitir los mensajes de forma exacta, completa y legible.
- Asistir a la gerencia en la capacitación, evaluación, asesoramiento, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
- Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía.
Qualifications
- Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de Desarrollo de Educación General (GED).
- Experiencia laboral afín: Al menos 1 año de experiencia laboral afín.
- Experiencia como supervisor: No se requiere experiencia como supervisor.
- Licencia o certificación: Ninguna.
