About the Role" Cloud Infrastructure Engineer "Responsibilities" - Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFormation. - Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions using Veeam, Commvault, and AWS Snapshots. - Administer SaaS applications such as Okta, AWS Workspaces, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom. - Monitor observability tools like Datadog, Orion, Nagios, and WhatsUp Gold. - Provide support for Active Directory, hardware lifecycle, and Windows/Mac OS. - Collaborate with DevOps team for CI/CD pipelines. - Offer escalation support and mentor L2 engineers. - Assist in security incident responses. - Maintain a balance between hands-on work and governance and compliance awareness. "Required Skills" - Proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure. - Experience with disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, and AWS Snapshots. - Knowledge of administering SaaS applications like Okta, AWS Workspaces, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom. - Familiarity with monitoring tools including Datadog, Orion, Nagios, and WhatsUp Gold. - Ability to support Active Directory, hardware lifecycle, and Windows/Mac OS. - Strong collaboration skills with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines. - Previous experience providing escalation support and mentoring junior engineers. - Capability to assist in security incident responses. - Understanding of governance and compliance requirements. "Desirable Skills" - Certification in AWS or other relevant cloud technologies. - Experience with additional disaster recovery solutions. - Familiarity with other observability tools. - Knowledge of other SaaS applications. - Previous experience in security incident responses. "Education Qualification" - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
