Senior Executive- SalesOps

Sr Executive - SalesOps, on behalf of the SalesOps team, will work closely with the IT Team, Sales Team, along with all other business stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage various salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects.
• Works with the IT team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed.
• Plan and monitor scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process.
• Work with the team to support all regular SalesOps activities.

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a reputed SI / IT company.
• Sufficient understanding of all SI business processes, sales processes, and functions.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Proficiency in excel using complex formulas, pivot tables and data validation.
