Job Title: Delivery Director Location: Bengaluru, India Experience Required: 18–20+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director to lead and manage complex, large-scale delivery programs across multiple clients.

This strategic leadership role is suited for a senior delivery professional who has a strong background in enterprise program management, client engagement, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.

You will be accountable for ensuring high-quality delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of projects.

• Provide end-to-end leadership for complex delivery programs across global clients, ensuring successful execution within time, scope, and budget.
• Drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar programs across diverse domains and technologies.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues, with a strong focus on proactive risk management and mitigation.
• Lead large, cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) and delivery managers; mentor and build a high-performing delivery organization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Account Managers to support business growth and expansion opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and governance processes across programs.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities for assigned accounts or programs.
• Foster strong client relationships with C-level stakeholders; serve as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the adoption of best practices across delivery teams. Required Skills & Experience
• 18–20+ years of IT services experience with a minimum of 10+ years in program/delivery management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs involving digital technologies, cloud, data, or application modernization.
• Experience managing multi-year engagements with Fortune 500 or global clients.
