In this role, you will independently execute system-level engineering activities for new products and enhancements to existing solutions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate customer and stakeholder needs into robust technical requirements, guide integration and verification activities, and help ensure successful project execution. As a key technical contributor, you will apply systems thinking to complex challenges, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and help drive technical decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in E ngineering.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline; relevant internship and co-op experience will be considered.
Fluency in French and advanced proficiency in English.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to evaluate technical challenges and recommend effective engineering approaches and solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma training or certification.
Experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing.
