About the Role
DICETEK LLC is seeking a Systems Analyst with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system for a contract role in Abu Dhabi. The role requires deep knowledge of Temenos Arrangement Architecture and Payments Hub, plus strong banking domain expertise.

- Provide technical or techno functional support/implementation/development for Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or effective workarounds
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams
Requirements
- 5 8 years of hands on experience in technical or techno functional support/implementation/development roles within Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system with exposure to R20 or above releases
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH)
- Proficiency in Temenos development tools: jBASE, TAFJ/TAFC, InfoBasic programming, and Temenos APIs/Integration Frameworks (OFS, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Knowledge of SQL/jBase and Windows environment for Temenos
- Strong understanding of core banking operations, Islamic banking products, payment processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022, CRS, CPS, IFRS)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to perform root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Qualification/Experience
- Experience: 5 8 years of hands on experience in technical or techno functional support/implementation/development roles within the Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system with exposure in R20 or above releases.
- Module Specifics: Extensive, in depth knowledge and practical experience with Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Temenos development tools/frameworks: jBASE, TAFJ/TAFC, InfoBasic programming, and Temenos APIs/Integration Frameworks (OFS, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Knowledge of SQL/jBase and windows environment for Temenos.
- Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of core banking operations, Islamic banking products (CASA, Wakala, Murabaha, Mudaraba, Ijarah etc), payment processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022, CRS, CPS, IFRS etc).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes or effective workarounds.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, developers, and QA teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or in a related field.
- Certifications: Temenos certifications are a plus.
