Salary
- The salary range is CAD $35.36 to CAD $50.83 per hour, depending on experience.
Role Overview
Support and administer Providence Health Care business systems, applications, related automations, and designated services.
Work with clinical and operational teams to troubleshoot issues, support access, and improve system performance and workflows.
This is a temporary contract position with a defined end date of September 10, 2027.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system incidents, user access concerns, and complex technical issues.
- Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, enhancements, performance improvements, and change management activities.
- Monitor system data and workflows for anomalies, trends, variances, and potential operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain system security, confidentiality, documentation, recovery plans, automated workflows, and operational resources.
- Manage service requests, prioritize and assign work, and keep clients informed through resolution.
- Create user guides, FAQs, training materials, and other resources, and provide training to system users.
- Administer Jira, including workflows, permissions, and project configurations.
