Responsibilities
- Map, monitor and maintain automated financial data pipelines across core platform, Metabase, Microsoft Dynamics and supporting SaaS applications
- Act as Finance Project Lead for new software, modules and system upgrades; define business requirements, build future state process maps, and lead cross departmental rollouts
- Design and execute rigorous UAT scripts and data migration protocols to ensure zero data loss or misalignment during deployments and schema changes
- Serve as super user/administrator of Microsoft Dynamics and peripheral finance apps; design and enforce system controls, user access mapping and strict Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Investigate and resolve data sync failures, transaction processing errors and ledger mismatches with corrective action within 48 hours; proactively automate manual workarounds
- Collaborate with BI team so Metabase data structures reflect accounting logic and Chart of Accounts; maintain 99.5% integrity across all data sources
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in systems accounting or finance systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP
- Knowledge of financial data pipelines and automated workflows
- Experience with UAT and data migration protocols
- Understanding of segregation of duties and system controls
- Ability to collaborate with BI teams
