The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Systems Test Engineer - Space Systems to join our team in El Segundo, CA.
This role is responsible for executing test procedures on flight hardware and verify all space craft subsystems.
In addition, executes scripted test procedures, first pass troubleshooting test anomalies and performs data analysis and review.
BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior (level 4) Systems Test Engineers.
Supports the requirements verification of satellite systems
Supports the development and verification of test methods
Operates and calibrates bench/lab test equipment
Develop detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan
Develops solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impact
Designs test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements.
Uses analytical tools to verify the design
Analyzes, processes, and formats data to customer requirements
Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer
Prepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements
Presents test results internally
Archives data and reports
Trains others
Works under general direction
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

An active U.S.
Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S.
Citizenship Required). (A U.S.
Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
with Space systems (i.e. satellites)
operating and calibrating bench/lab test equipment as well as measurement and power devices
Experience with electrical systems and/or RF subsystems
Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills

Excellent process and technical drive to sustain the effectiveness of lean test operations

Summary pay range Associate: $90,950 - $123,050
Summary pay range Mid-Level: $111,350 - $150,650
Summary pay range Senior: $135,150 -$182,850
