Role Overview
The System & Infrastructure Senior Engineer manages, maintains, and optimizes enterprise IT infrastructure.
The role ensures secure, reliable, and high-performing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, systems, and infrastructure environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments.
- Manage virtualization, cloud infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Implement infrastructure security controls and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and projects.
- Maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and networking.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, virtualization, and backup solutions.
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
