Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service, resolve problems within authority, and escalate appropriately.
• Design and maintain workflow processes to support smooth and consistent banking operations.
• Provide daily operational issue coverage and proactively resolve customer complaints related to Digital Banking.
• Collaborate with Digital Banking Services on best practices, issue reporting, and root-cause investigation.
• Prepare reports on issues and resolutions with root-cause analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Familiarity with corporate banking products, services, and operations.
• Strong leadership, ownership, accountability, teamwork, and independent working skills.
• Ability to maintain focus and composure under pressure while managing concurrent priorities.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
