Role Overview
Master Works is seeking a Finance Technical Support and Finance Team Enablement professional.
The role provides continuous technical assistance to Finance to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
The position is based at the client site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and act as the primary contact for ERP troubleshooting and user support.
- Support complex Excel functions, productivity tools, and Windows operating system issue resolution.
- Manage change requests from drafting and submission through follow-up and implementation support.
- Obtain ERP and database administrator support when required for Finance needs.
- Support data gathering and the identification and release of budget reports.
- Support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in technical support and Finance team enablement.
- Technical support experience within Finance functions.
- Experience with ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and databases.
- Ability to support Finance requirements through ERP and database administration.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions.
- Experience resolving Windows operating system-related technical issues.
- Experience managing change requests through implementation support.
- Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activities.
- Ability to support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.
