System Engineering Team Leader

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field. Professional certification in CBTC or similar systems is a plus.

At least 5-7 years of experience in CBTC systems, train control, or related railway signaling systems.

Experience in managing or leading CBTC-related projects.

Strong technical background in the design, integration, and testing of signaling and control systems.

Expertise in CBTC technologies, including train-to-track communication, real-time data transmission, and system integration.

Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., simulation software, troubleshooting tools, and diagnostic equipment).

Knowledge of railway operations, signaling, and communications standards.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to of working effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong team-player with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
