Graduate Trainee Engineer

Support digital transformation initiatives across the ASP H2R organization.

Assist in documenting business processes, user journeys, and operational workflows.

Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to generate significant business insights.

Support development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.

Assist in identifying automation opportunities using AI, Power Automate, UiPath, and related digital tools.

Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and document action items.

Support project planning, tracking, documentation, and governance activities.

Prepare presentations, project status reports, and management updates.

Coordinate with regional and global teams on project deliverables and follow-ups.

Contribute to process standardization, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform research on emerging digital technologies and recommend innovative solutions..

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and presentation abilities.

Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting concepts.

Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Determined with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced global environment.
