About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide operational and system support to Field Sales and Customer Service teams
- Support Field Sales applications including Journey Plan updates and OTP generation for pre sales activities
- Handle Consumer App CRM cases and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor integration transactions between field systems and SAP
- Track and resolve EDI/IDOC failures and ensure successful posting in SAP
- Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of sales and distribution transactions
- Manage Trade Deal updates in SAP and related external applications
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, promotions, and trade agreement execution
- Identify and report system issues to IT team and follow up on resolution
- Perform UAT for enhancements/changes in SAP or other applications
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for business requirements and generate SRN for vendor payments
- Manage SMS sub account operations and support marketing SMS and transactional messaging services
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in system coordination, customer service, or related field
- Experience with SAP SD module and integration monitoring
- Knowledge of EDI/IDOC failure resolution
- Experience with field sales applications and CRM
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Position Overview
- Position: System Coordinator Customer Service Location: AAFB Dubai
- Responsible for end to end system coordination and back office support for Customer Service and Field Sales operations within the Sales & Distribution domain.
- Ensures seamless integration between field sales applications and SAP, monitors transactional flow, supports trade and commercial activities, and acts as a key coordination point between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
