Overview
- The collection officer is responsible to ensure (timely) collections from the customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect Cheques from the customers and submit to finance department for data entry
- Analyze credit outstanding in the marketplace and weigh the same against approved Credit period by customer
- Achieve DSO target
- Update management on risks for Bad Debt with ongoing study of the marketing conditions and continuous vigilance of company exposure
- In case of Legal action to be taken against defaulting party, liaise with concerned authorities within the organization
- Prepare and submit collection reports to Sales Manager
