- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and advanced Excel
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and presentations
- Develop structured databases and reporting models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft Power Platform solutions and digital reporting systems
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, approvals, reporting cycles, and operational processes
- Establish KPI frameworks, monitor performance trends, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with operational teams to validate reporting accuracy and ensure timely submission of management information
- Deliver user training, prepare system documentation, SOPs, and user guides for digital platforms
- Support digital transformation initiatives while maintaining data governance, confidentiality, and audit readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 9 years of experience in reporting, analytics, automation, digital transformation, or business intelligence
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI (including DAX), Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel (Power Query)
- Strong experience in data modeling, dashboard development, process automation, and workflow optimization
- Professional certifications in Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, or Data Analytics are highly desirable
- Experience supporting logistics, camp operations, fleet, inventory, facilities management, or industrial environments is preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced System & Automation Specialist to join our Logistics and Exploration Operations team in Riyadh.
- The successful candidate will lead digital reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives across logistics, camp operations, fleet, inventory, and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and presentations.
- Develop structured databases and reporting models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft Power Platform solutions and digital reporting systems.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8–9 years of experience in reporting, analytics, automation, digital transformation, or business intelligence.
- Advanced expertise in: Microsoft Power BI (including DAX), Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel (Power Query and advanced reporting).
- Strong experience in data modeling, dashboard development, process automation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience supporting logistics, camp operations, fleet, inventory, facilities management, or industrial environments is preferred.
