- Develop, review, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational departments
- Document business processes, workflows, and operational controls using best practice methodologies
- Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and strengthen governance
- Ensure SOPs clearly define responsibilities, approval authorities, internal controls, and escalation procedures
- Maintain SOP templates, document numbering systems, version control, approval workflows, and document registers
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring procedures comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop supporting documentation including work instructions, flowcharts, process maps, and quick reference guides
- Deliver SOP implementation workshops and support operational teams during rollout
- Review and assist in developing Scopes of Work (SOWs) for operational support contracts
- Prepare governance reports, SOP status updates, and continuous improvement recommendations for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in SOP development, process documentation, governance, or operational excellence
- Strong experience supporting logistics, accommodation, transportation, fleet, inventory, or camp operations
- Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and document control systems
- Knowledge of quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent technical writing, analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Experience in industrial, mining, engineering, or remote site operations is highly desirable

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Specialist to support our Logistics and Exploration Operations team in Riyadh.
- The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across logistics, accommodation, transportation, fleet, inventory, catering, housekeeping, and camp operations.
- This role plays a key part in strengthening operational governance, compliance, process standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications
