POWERTECH specializes in propulsion technologies, including combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines.
The center supports aerospace, defence, autonomous, fixed-wing UAV, and rotary-wing UAV applications.
Role Purpose
The System Architect and Integration specialist defines and maintains the global system architecture of the turbofan.
The role ensures technical coherence across all engine subsystems.
Responsibilities
- Define and support the functional architecture and system breakdown structure.
- Allocate and manage system-level requirements.
- Lead trade-offs across performance, cost, weight, and durability.
- Manage and maintain ICDs and FICDs.
- Ensure architectural consistency across development phases and technical interfaces.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or complex engineered systems.
- Solid understanding of turbofan architectures and test plan validation.
