Compensation

• Salary is stated as £50,000–£60,000 plus standard company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements.
• Run workshops and translate business needs into specifications and user stories.
• Map current and future processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage X3, and integrated systems.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and third-party providers on improvements.
• Lead and develop the Systems Team.
• Manage systems support, priorities, and service delivery.
• Support upgrades, integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Maintain security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Manage the systems demand pipeline and prioritize projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and measurable business benefits.

Requirements

• Proven Business Analyst experience, ideally including team leadership or management.
• Strong ERP and integrated business systems experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is highly desirable.
• Experience gathering requirements and mapping business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience across systems support and project delivery.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and IT controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across the business.
• Manufacturing or multi-site experience is advantageous.
