Permanent Energy Data Analyst role supporting a specialist consultancy that helps organisations manage energy, water and carbon data.

The role focuses on client data portfolios and offers scope to grow into carbon reporting and wider datasets.

Own energy data end to end for a client portfolio, including collection, invoicing and producing journals through SystemsLink.
Work with clients and suppliers to investigate and resolve data issues.
Build Power BI reports covering consumption, spend and carbon data, including live reporting.
Spot anomalies and gaps and follow them through to a proper explanation.
Build client relationships and challenge information that does not add up.

Some background in energy or utilities, such as brokerage, supplier, consultancy or a wider utility/data environment.
Be curious and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in the reasons behind data results.
Communicate confidently and build relationships with clients and suppliers.
SystemsLink experience is a strong plus, and Power BI exposure is helpful.
Electricity metering knowledge, ideally including MHHS or AMR exposure, is advantageous.
