- Analyze business and system requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications for technology teams
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvement opportunities
- Perform business process modelling / process mapping (AS IS / TO BE) to support transformation and optimization initiatives
- Interpret business and operational data, identify trends or issues, and derive actionable insights
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams through the solution lifecycle
- Prepare and maintain key analysis documents such as BRD, FRD, functional specifications, workflows, and use cases
Requirements
- Experience as a System Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
- Mandatory experience in the Banking domain
- Strong expertise in data analysis and ability to interpret complex datasets
- Hands on experience in business process modelling, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, and functional documentation
- Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, and functional documentation
- Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams in a cross functional environment
- Exposure to tools such as Excel, SQL, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI/Tableau will be an advantage
