System Administrator (Windows)

We are looking for a system administrator to join our Enterprise Support Team.

As a system administrator, you provide Level 1 and Level 2 systems administration and end-user support for client infrastructure, delivering high-quality remote technical support across calls, chats, and ticketing platforms.

Managed and documented cases through client-confirmed resolution while adhering to established procedures and IT best practices.

• Deliver a stellar remote end-user and systems support experience.
• Level 1 and Level 2 System Admin and System Support for client infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage calls, chats, and case management queues.
• Perform documented “procedures” with attention to quality and detail.
• See cases and calls through to client-confirmed resolutions.
• ·Work from a ticketing system and document support-related solutions and client environments.
• Identify and troubleshoot repetitive issues for root cause analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, in a timely manner

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of IT best practices and data protection
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in Microsoft Technologies
• Collaborative, team-player, stays “Cool Under Pressure”
• Capable of understanding issues and prioritizing them based on impact to a business and knowing when to escalate
• Confidence to “Speak Up” and share knowledge, areas of improvement, etc.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Basic understanding of PowerShell and scripting
