Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all computer equipment and VR gear in the center
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Ensure gaming PCs and VR systems are configured and optimized for performance
- Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
- Assist with setup and configuration of new hardware and software
- Provide basic graphic design support using Photoshop for promotional materials
- Work closely with the team to identify and resolve technical problems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, with a focus on gaming PCs and VR technology
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with VR equipment and gaming systems is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and design principles
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a customer oriented approach

- BattleWorld is a premier virtual reality gaming center located in Al Quoz, Dubai, offering immersive VR and gaming PC experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all computer equipment and VR gear in the center.

Working Hours

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 per month.
