- Manage and maintain all computer equipment and VR devices in the center.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system related issues.
- Ensure gaming PCs and VR systems are properly configured and optimized for performance.
- Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure.
- Carry out regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with installation and setup of new hardware and software.
- Support basic graphic design tasks using Photoshop for marketing materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a System Administrator or similar technical role
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with VR devices and gaming systems highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and design principles
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with VR devices and gaming systems is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and design principles.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer focused attitude.
