- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for visitors, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage bookings, process visitor check ins, and handle related questions
- Actively promote VR experiences and packages to guests, maximizing sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception and lounge area
- Handle all incoming calls with courtesy, directing them appropriately and managing inquiries
- Keep accurate records of guest inquiries, interactions, and bookings
- Monitor and manage inventory for office and guest supplies, restocking as needed
- Operate office equipment efficiently and manage general filing and documentation
Requirements
- At least 1 year in a customer service role with proven sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an approachable demeanor
- Proven ability to engage customers and promote products/services effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Dependable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining high attendance standards
