System Administrator

This position will Manages the full lifecycle of CSSP user accounts and access controls across mission systems and enterprise tools, ensuring secure provisioning, RBAC enforcement, and timely support and deprovisioning.

This position will be based in Adelphi, MD , with occasional remote work.

What will you be doing?

This position will be a key member of the Mission Support Team.

include:

• Provision, configure, and maintain user accounts for CSSP subscribers and personnel across supported systems to ensure secure, functional access from day one.
• Perform ongoing account lifecycle management (monitor activity, identify inactive accounts, and promptly disable/terminate accounts for departed users).
• Troubleshoot and resolve access and authentication issues to minimize operational disruption and restore user productivity.
• Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) to align permissions with system requirements, user roles, and compliance/security needs.
• Administer and support GOTS/COTS platforms and collaboration tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Salesforce.

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following:

• Bachelors Degree required (related field preferred), with 4 yrs experience or 8 yrs of additional relevant experience
• DoD Top Secret security clearance Required
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize various tasks and assignments in a dense environment to meet defined and/or undefined deliverables.
• Proficiency in delivering concise briefs and reports to large groups and senior leaders, with strong communication skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts.
