Overview
- We are looking for an elite-level Squad Coach to join our High Performance program.
- This is a serious role for a serious coach.
- Minimum requirements (non-negotiable):
- ✅ 6+ years competitive coaching experience
- ✅ Level 2 coaching license minimum (ASCA, FINA, British Swimming, USA Swimming, or equivalent)
- ✅ Proven results — swimmers achieving national/international qualifying times
- ✅ Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
- ✅ First Aid certification (pool-based)
- You will be responsible for:
- → Delivering 6 sessions/day across competitive squads (ADV, SNR, VTX)
- → Designing fully periodized annual training plans
- → Race analysis, video sessions & taper management
- → Athlete performance tracking & quarterly reports
- → Competition attendance at national & international level
