Role Description
As a Lifeguard at Vortex Aquatics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of all individuals using our swimming facilities.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.
Key responsibilities include monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, responding to emergencies, administering first aid when needed, and maintaining a clean and safe aquatic environment.
You will also assist with setting up poolside equipment and providing a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Lifeguard training and CPR/AED certification
- Strong observation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to stay vigilant and respond to emergencies promptly
- Basic proficiency in swimming techniques and water safety practices
- Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic, diverse environment
- Previous experience in lifeguarding or an aquatic setting preferred
- Physical fitness and the ability to maintain focus during long shifts
- Passion for promoting safety and a positive aquatic experience
