Role overview
Meltwater is seeking a software team lead to establish and guide a new influencer marketing team.
The role is based in Hitec City, Hyderabad, and includes leadership, mentoring, project management, and software delivery responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead development of high-quality code with attention to scalability, security, and performance.
- Mentor team members, manage projects, and prioritize tasks for successful and timely delivery.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
- Daily experience working with AI agents.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with MySQL, Elasticsearch, or similar databases.
- Experience with backend technologies, preferably Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend technologies, preferably React and TypeScript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
