Role overview

Work arrangement

• The role follows a hybrid work schedule.
• The position requires attendance at the Dubai office three days per week.
• The workplace is Al Shatha Tower, Dubai Media City.

What you will do

• Conduct outbound outreach, research prospects, and generate new leads.
• Run initial meetings and qualify leads based on needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead-generation strategies and campaign messaging.
• Maintain accurate prospecting data in the CRM system.
• Respond to inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the quota-carrying sales team.
• Track lead-generation metrics and report performance to stakeholders.

What you will bring

• Proven outbound prospecting and lead-generation experience is required.
• Strong communication skills for initial meetings and lead qualification are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
• Strong organizational skills, CRM management ability, and accurate data-tracking habits are required.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of hire is required.
