About the Job
The position is Engineering Lead (Civil & Structural), reference SW-1202-3.
The role concerns civil and structural engineering work in an oil and gas context, including onshore LNG facilities and utility systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.
Knowledge and Experience
- Eight years of experience in civil and structural engineering roles, including four years in the oil and gas industry.
- At least one year's experience in a supervisory or acting role, or experience overseeing contractor, subcontractor, service, or vendor personnel.
- Experience on a major LNG project is preferable.
- Broad knowledge of engineering execution, design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, onshore LNG facilities, and utility systems design, construction, and operations.
- Previous experience with civil and structural works in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Lead or oversee civil and structural engineering work within oil and gas projects.
- Apply engineering design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria to engineering execution.
- Support engineering activities for onshore LNG facilities and utility systems.
