Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive full-cycle enterprise sales across the healthcare ecosystem— new high profile logos with meaningful expansion opportunity Lead complex deal negotiations with multiple stakeholders to build value and mitigate risk from day 1 (clinical, IT, operations) Develop and present customized ROI analyses showing clinical and financial impact Create and execute strategic plans to penetrate target markets Evaluate sales initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations Partner with leadership to define overall business development strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a healthcare technology or B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows
• Experience creating strategic sales content, materials, and shaping the playbook for others
• Comfort with remote work while maintaining 50% travel capacity for in-person client meetings
• Collaborative approach to deal structuring, emphasizing optimal outcomes for both clients and company

Pay & Benefits

• The pay range for this role is $275,000 base plus meaningful incentive compensation plan, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
