Opportunity Identification and Project Development

• Identify and assess sustainable investment and development opportunities in target markets.
• Explore opportunities across priority sectors, including water, food, agriculture, education, healthcare, housing, and logistics.
• Develop project concepts that combine commercial sustainability with measurable social and developmental impact.
• Transform initial concepts into structured, practical, and implementation-ready project proposals.
• Develop scalable and replicable project models for different markets and regions.

Feasibility and Business Modeling

• Lead and coordinate preliminary and detailed feasibility assessments for proposed projects.
• Develop proposals covering market opportunity, project scope, operating model, revenue model, financing structure, implementation timeline, risks, and expected impact.
• Evaluate the commercial, operational, and developmental viability of proposed opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Financial Analyst on financial models, forecasts, investment scenarios, and return assessments.

Market Research and Investment Analysis

• Conduct market, sector, and country research to identify attractive development investment opportunities.
• Analyze market size, demand, competition, regulatory environment, operating conditions, and barriers to entry.
• Assess political, economic, operational, financial, and implementation risks.
• Convert market intelligence and research findings into clear investment recommendations.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline and database of potential investment opportunities.

Project Pipeline Management

• Manage and follow up on projects throughout the evaluation and development stages.

Requirements

• Ability to identify, evaluate, and develop commercially viable projects that generate measurable social and developmental impact.
• Ability to conduct market, sector, and country research covering demand, competition, regulation, operating conditions, and barriers to entry.
• Ability to develop project proposals covering operating models, revenue models, financing structures, implementation requirements, risks, and expected impact.
• Ability to assess commercial, operational, financial, political, and implementation risks.
• Ability to coordinate financial models, forecasts, investment scenarios, and return assessments.
