- Experience in auditing, reporting, and providing reports to clients and certification authorities

Overview

- This role is responsible for supporting projects and clients to improve their sustainability performance and achieve high green certification ratings.
Responsibilities
- Develops excellent quality sustainability reports, calculators, rating system support kits, standards documents and sustainability code compliance documents.
- Maintaining direct control of timelines and budgets for different projects assigned to the consultant.
- Attending Client meetings as needed on behalf of the wider sustainability and environmental team.
- Working directly on design and consultancy deliverables including technical reports and supporting calculations.
- Communicates closely with senior management regarding the project’s financial performance, status and profitability.
- Understanding of green certification systems: LEED & Mostadam. WELL & Envision is mandatory.
- Ensuring that the sustainability requirements of green certification systems are complied with.
- Experience in auditing, reporting and providing reports to clients and green certification authorities.
- Communicates with other KEO Divisions about sustainability relating to projects, regulatory issues, education and new developments.
- Ensuring existing quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols, and document flow procedures are followed.
- Implements sustainability international best practice in all areas of work.
- Prepares and responds to RFPs for both technical and commercial components.
Qualifications
- 8+ years' work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architectural or Engineering.
- Knowledge of working on green certifications and submission procedures as per US Green Building Council and BRE requirements.
- Understanding of green certification systems: LEED & Mostadam. WELL & Envision is mandatory.
