Role Overview
Sanat Yapı is seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead sustainability strategy, environmental compliance, and ESG initiatives.
The role oversees sustainability programs across projects, ensures alignment with national regulations, and drives continuous improvement in environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy and long-term environmental goals.
- Lead ESG initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi environmental regulations and international standards.
- Oversee assessments of waste management, resource efficiency, carbon footprint, and environmental impact.
- Prepare sustainability reports, KPIs, and stakeholder documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, HSE, and project management teams on sustainable solutions.
- Conduct audits and inspections for sustainability policy adherence.
- Lead awareness programs and training for employees and contractors.
- Coordinate with government entities, regulators, and external consultants.
- Identify improvements and recommend innovative sustainable practices.
- Manage sustainability risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in sustainability or environmental management.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi environmental regulations and global sustainability frameworks.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or mega projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
- Pay is ﷼7,176.80–﷼19,000.00 per month.
