Role Overview
The Commercial & Contracts department manages commercial, contractual, cost, and payment aspects of projects.
The function supports compliance, financial control, successful delivery, and alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review contracts.
- Monitor project costs and conduct quantity take-offs.
- Evaluate variations and analyze claims.
- Ensure timely certification of payments.
- Prepare commercial reports, cost forecasts, and contractual risk assessments.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 5,000.00 to SAR 9,500.00 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial and contractual project management, including contract administration and cost control.
- Ability to perform quantity take-offs, evaluate variations and claims, and support payment certification.
- Ability to prepare commercial reports, cost forecasts, and contractual risk assessments.
