Role Overview
The Assessment Specialist evaluates processes, documentation, and performance across departments.
The role supports compliance with standards and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for workflows, procedures, and documentation.
- Review compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare detailed assessment reports and present findings to management.
- Coordinate with departments to collect required data and evidence.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation.
- Maintain organized records of assessments, reports, and follow-ups.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prepare clear and structured reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in quality, auditing, or compliance is preferred.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in assessment, auditing, or evaluation roles.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 5,000–SAR 27,691.66 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
