Role Overview
Perform accurate land, construction, and indoor surveying to support project planning, design, execution, and measurement.
Establish site levels and coordinates and prepare reliable survey data and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct topographic, construction, site-leveling, setting-out, and indoor surveys.
- Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, coordinates, elevations, and reference lines.
- Set out buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and other construction works.
- Operate Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and levels.
- Record field measurements and maintain survey records and field notes.
- Process survey data and prepare drawings, layouts, contour maps, and reports.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent surveying and drafting software.
- Verify dimensions, alignments, levels, and coordinates against approved drawings.
- Support quantity estimation and measurement activities.
- Identify discrepancies between site conditions and approved design documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, construction teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Maintain and calibrate instruments, follow HSE requirements, and attend company-provided technical training.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or Land Surveying with 3+ years of experience.
- Three to five years of relevant surveying experience.
- Degrees in Geology, Geography, or GIS alone will not be accepted.
- Valid Saudi driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to and work at different project and site locations.
