Responsibilities
- Carry out and supervise setting out, control, level, and as built surveys for building projects
- Verify contractor survey data, benchmarks, coordinates, and levels before and during construction
- Establish and maintain survey control points and site reference networks
- Ensure structural elements are constructed to approved coordinates and levels
- Review survey reports, calculations, and as built drawings submitted by contractors
- Coordinate with Resident Engineer, Civil Engineers, Architects, and MEP teams
- Monitor contractor survey practices and ensure compliance with project specifications and Dubai Municipality requirements
- Prepare survey documentation, inspection records, and progress reports
- Support project handover by verifying final as built surveys and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 10 years of surveying experience
- At least 5 years on building projects in the UAE
- Consultancy/Supervision experience mandatory
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, Digital Level)
- Good understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction standards
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Survey Engineer to join our supervision consultancy team for building projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and supervise setting out, control, level, and as built surveys for building projects.
- Verify contractor survey data, benchmarks, coordinates, and levels before and during construction.
- Establish and maintain survey control points and site reference networks.
- Ensure structural elements, foundations, columns, walls, slabs, and external works are constructed to the approved coordinates and levels.
- Review survey reports, calculations, and as built drawings submitted by contractors.
- Coordinate with the Resident Engineer, Civil Engineers, Architects, and MEP teams to resolve survey related issues.
- Monitor contractor survey practices and ensure compliance with project specifications, Dubai Municipality requirements, and approved methodologies.
- Prepare survey documentation, inspection records, and progress reports.
- Support project handover by verifying final as built surveys and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of surveying experience, with at least 5 years on building projects in the UAE.
- Consultancy/Supervision experience is mandatory.
