About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid UAE experience in roads and infrastructure works, with the ability to handle day-to-day quantity surveying and cost control activities.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing quantity surveying and commercial activities for the project
- Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking
- Prepare and evaluate variations, claims, and change orders
- Measure quantities and review drawings and project specifications
- Maintain records of project costs, payments, and progress
- Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contract terms
- Coordinate with project teams to support cost control and reporting
- Prepare periodic cost reports and assist in financial forecasting
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of commercial data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Quantity Surveying
- At least 5+ years of experience in the UAE, preferably in infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in roads and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and change control
