- Monitor permanent and alarm activated CCTV systems in command centres
- Monitor Digital Recording cycle of all CCTV footage
- Report faults and failures of Security Management system
- Liaise with Police and authorized agencies for viewing recorded incidents
- Monitor and coordinate response for emergency situations
- Monitor fire alarm system and use fire control panels
- Provide public announcements and base radio function
- Assist in collection and presentation of evidence
- Take charge in absence of Surveillance Team Leader
- Prepare reports as required
Requirements
- Secondary Level education
- Good written and spoken English
- CCTV SIRA License required
- Minimum 3 years experience as CCTV Operator
- At least 3 years experience in 4 or 5 Star Hotel
- Hospitality experience preferred

About The Role
- Monitor guests and staff activities in the resort through CCTV.
- Gather intelligence to support internal and external investigations.
- Conduct assessments of incidents and coordinate response.
- Provide support to incident commanders for critical incidents.
- Have knowledge of electronic security and security management system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring of permanent and alarm activated CCTV systems.
- Monitoring the Digital Recording cycle of all CCTV footage.
- Ensure Digital Video Recording is in accordance with Dubai Law.
- Report faults and failures of Security Management system.
- Liaise with Police and authorized agencies for viewing recorded incidents.
- Monitor and coordinate response for emergency situations.
- Monitor fire alarm system and use fire control panels.
- Provide public announcements and base radio function.
- Ensure Command Centre and Security Office is kept tidy.
- Assist Security Managers in collection and presentation of evidence.
- Assist in maintaining Resort policies through Security Management System.
- Take charge in absence of Surveillance Team Leader.
About You
- Secondary Level education.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- CCTV SIRA License required.
- Minimum 3 years experience as CCTV Operator.
- At least 3 years experience in 4 or 5 Star Hotel.
