About The Role
- A Concierge is crucial to the success of the guest stay and creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories.
- Must enjoy working closely with guests and teams to anticipate, align and surprise and delight guests.
- The Concierge team has exceptional Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal and local knowledge of Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with all guests to deliver detailed service options.
- Create itineraries, arrange tours and transport.
- Handle a wide variety of guest booking needs.
- Manage pre and post stay correspondence.
About You
- Must demonstrate a true passion for service delivery.
- Provide bespoke suggestions and services to guests.
- Constantly enhance and share knowledge with the team.
- Ability to converse in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German is advantageous.
