About the Role

- Ensure staff work as a team to guarantee optimal service and guest satisfaction
- Inspect personal appearance and dress of staff and rectify deficiencies
- Perform opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and cleaning equipment
- Inspect organization, cleanliness, and FIFO method in storage areas
- Complete scheduled inventories and order supplies
- Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well being in dining areas
- Assist management in hiring, training, organizing, evaluating, and disciplining employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
