Responsibilities

  • Ensure staff work as a team to guarantee optimal service and guest satisfaction
  • Inspect personal appearance and dress of staff and rectify deficiencies
  • Perform opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and cleaning equipment
  • Inspect organization, cleanliness, and FIFO method in storage areas
  • Complete scheduled inventories and order supplies
  • Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well being in dining areas
  • Assist management in hiring, training, organizing, evaluating, and disciplining employees

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
