- Implement, manage, maintain, and upgrade support systems including CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, and related software platforms
- Monitor system performance and ensure continuous service availability
- Identify, investigate, and resolve system incidents and service requests
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and system integrators for project delivery and maintenance
- Participate in technology projects involving support systems
- Prepare technical specifications, RFPs, and support tendering activities
- Ensure backup procedures, redundancy solutions, and recovery testing are performed periodically
- Review maintenance contracts and recommend improvements or renewals
- Verify completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with organizational information security policies and cybersecurity standards
- Manage user access rights and permissions for CCTV and Access Control systems
- Maintain secure storage and retention of system logs, recordings, and sensitive data
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5 8 years of experience managing ELV systems within a medium to large organization
- Low Voltage Systems certification is an advantage
- Experience with CCTV Systems and Video Management Systems (VMS)
- Experience with Access Control Systems
- Experience with Parking Management Systems
- Experience with Gate Barriers and Road Blockers
- Experience with UPS and Power Redundancy Solutions
- Experience with High Availability and Failover Architectures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Technical Documentation
- Knowledge of System Backup and Disaster Recovery Planning
- Understanding of cybersecurity standards and UAE regulations

Role Overview
- We are seeking a Support Systems Engineer to implement, manage, maintain, and upgrade support systems across the organization.
- Systems include CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Parking Management, and other ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities System Management & Operations

Key Responsibilities Documentation & Technical Drawings
- Maintain accurate system documentation, asset registers, and configuration records.
- Manage and update support systems drawings, layouts, schematics, single line diagrams, and as built documentation.
- Develop and update AutoCAD drawings for CCTV, Access Control, Parking Management Systems, Gate Barriers, and other ELV infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Generate operational and performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on industry best practices and business needs.
- Escalate technical issues where necessary and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Low Voltage Systems certification is an advantage.

- 5–8 years of experience managing ELV systems within a medium to large organization.
